To enroll, the legal parents or guardians must complete the online registration application, provide all required documents and be a resident of the Colfax-Mingo Community School District or have been approved to attend such as through open enrollment. If all requirements are not completed, then this could possibly lead to a delay in your child(ren)’s enrollment. Please see Board Policy #501.01 for more information.

Please make sure all requirements have been completed and submitted in order for the Registrar to properly enroll the student(s) into Colfax-Mingo Community Schools. You are welcome to submit the registration information via email, mail, or dropping it off at the District Office. If the family would like to meet with the current enrollment registrar, please contact the registrar’s office via phone or email to set up an appointment.
