The Colfax-Mingo School District maintains copies of grades, attendance, and test results for any student who attended Colfax-Mingo Jr/Sr High School, Colfax High School, or Mingo High School during grades 9-12. We will be happy to mail, email, or fax a copy of your transcript to any college, place of business, or home address at no charge.

*If you are a current student you have the option to obtain a copy of an unofficial transcript in your Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal.
