216.3 – COMPENSATION FOR EXPENSES
Members of the Board of Directors shall serve without pay. They shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as members of the Board. Any overnight or out-of-state travel by Directors for reimbursement must be pre-approved by the Board.
