Free/Reduced Meal Application
Dear Parents/Guardians,
All homes may file an application for “free or reduced” price meals. The applications are available at the Elementary and Jr/Sr High School buildings. You may also access them on the Colfax-Mingo website and online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. (A link to the form is included below.)
NOTE: Households that are already receiving benefits do NOT have to apply again. Your benefits will continue and you do not have to do anything.
